Bulk, School & Esports Group Program
Fleet repair, refurbishing, and buyback for esports orgs, schools, universities, gaming cafes, leagues, and other community groups managing more than a few controllers.
Built for fleets, not one-offs
If you're managing more than a handful of controllers, a single intake ticket per unit doesn't scale. This program gives you one point of contact, one roster, and one invoice.
Esports Teams & Clubs
Official student esports clubs and competitive teams.
Schools & Universities
Computer labs, libraries, gaming clubs, and student organizations.
Gaming Cafes & LAN Centers
Rental fleets that need to stay tournament-ready.
Leagues & Tournament Organizers
Shared equipment pools that need consistent upkeep between events.
Group intake process
The same five steps as a standard repair, scaled for a fleet.
-
Tell us about your fleet
Submit the bulk order inquiry form with roughly how many controllers, which platforms, and what's wrong with them.
-
Send a device list / roster sheet
For groups of 4+, we'll ask for a simple roster: one line per controller (platform, color/asset tag, reported issue). This is what we diagnose and quote against, and what keeps everyone's controller from getting mixed up on the way back.
-
We scope & send one quote
One consolidated quote for the whole roster, with bulk pricing applied. No repair work starts on any unit until the group's authorized contact approves the quote.
-
One shipment, preferred
We strongly prefer the whole batch arrive together in one mail-in shipment, rather than units trickling in separately. It's faster to diagnose and much harder to lose track of. Local group pickup/drop-off is coming soon — mail-in is the way to get started today.
-
Approve, then pay
Payment is due at quote approval, before repair work begins, unless we've agreed to different timing in writing for your organization (see the Group Agreement). Billed as a single Stripe Invoice — no card data handled by us.
-
Batch repair, test, return
Every unit goes through the same diagnosis, repair, and test checklist as a standard order, then ships or is picked up back together with matching warranty coverage.
Pricing & warranty
Bulk pricing
1% off per controller in the order, starting at 4 controllers, capped at 20%. 4 controllers = 4% off; 20 or more caps at 20% off.
10% discount + 180-day warranty
Students, educators, and official student groups/esports clubs get 10% off eligible repair labor plus a 180-day limited warranty on the specific repair performed, instead of the standard 90 days. A .edu email auto-qualifies. See the Warranty Policy for exclusions.
Buyback / trade-in
Retiring old controllers as part of a refresh? Request a buyback quote — final offers are subject to inspection and credited against your invoice or paid out separately.
High-volume programs
Ordering 30+ controllers a year, in batches of 10 or more? You may qualify for custom pricing by individual agreement — ask when you submit your inquiry.
Discount stacking
Maximum combined discount is 20% off labor for mail-in orders. Going above that cap requires written approval. Full detail in the Terms & Conditions.
What we ask of your group
- Packing & labeling: each controller should be individually bagged or labeled (matching the roster sheet) before shipment or drop-off — this is how we keep a 30-controller batch from turning into a guessing game.
- Collecting controllers back: we return the whole batch together; your group is responsible for redistributing controllers to individual members/students.
- One authorized contact: quote approval and payment should come from a single designated contact for the group, not individual members.
Annual Maintenance Visit
For ongoing programs (a season, a school year), we can schedule a recurring once-a-year bulk service visit or mail-in window — deep clean and inspection for the whole fleet, priced and scheduled in advance. Ask about this when you submit your inquiry; it's optional and set up per group, not a standing commitment.
