Minimum Bench / Diagnostic Fee — $49.99
Applies if you decline the repair after diagnosis, your controller can't be economically repaired, or you ask for it back without an approved repair. Credited toward the repair if you approve a quote — it's not charged on top.
Rush Service
Standard Rush: +$49. Priority Rush: +$119, charged per rushed controller. Add-on to an already-approved repair to move it up the queue. Not eligible for discounts.

Discounts stack, up to a combined maximum, on every mail-in order.
