How it works

    Model, condition, the issue (if any), accessories included, and photos if you have them. The more detail, the more accurate our estimate.

  2. We review and reply

    Buyback quotes are usually reviewed within 24 hours.

  3. You decide

    Accept, decline, or ask questions — no obligation. Buybacks are completely separate from purchases of our refurbished/modded controllers.

  4. Final offer after inspection

    Our estimate is just that — an estimate. The final offer is confirmed once we physically inspect the controller, the same way a repair quote works.

If store credit is ever offered instead of cash, it's issued only after the buyback has been inspected and accepted — never as a pre-inspection incentive.
